SAP2009

SAP, the Standard Assessment Methodology, is used to calculate the predicted carbon dioxide emissions through operating a dwelling.  Building Regulations Approved Document Part L1 requires a particular predicted carbon dioxide emission in order to prove compliance.

We offer a comprehensive SAPPLUS service which will never return a fail result without providing detail recommendations for achieving compliance.

We can also use our SAP skills and experience to provide recommendations for meeting mandatory improvements in carbon dioxide emissions required both under the Code for Sustainable Homes and within Local Authority 'Merton Rule' Planning Requirements.
